To set your fitness goals:
You should take some time before starting a fitness regime and analyse your lifestyle. This will help get an idea of how much time you can workout and other important things like how long you sleep and what kinds of food you eat. This is very important because we can change maybe a few things but not our entire schedule. So we must make sure that our fitness goals don’t affect our general lifestyle.
For example just because you want to get fit you cant spend hundreds of dollars on fitness equipment and organic food. At least that is not the way i am going to get fit.
Then you need to find out about how much time you are free in a day and how you spend it. You need to spend a minimum of 30 minutes everyday to get fit.
So basically define your goals clearly before starting your regime.
